[14] - While no Cynthia Khan movie can be said to be irredeemably bad, this certainly isn't good. Mistaking complicated for complex, it hurls warring historical factions at you, mostly in a forest at night, giving you minimal chance to work out what the hell is going on. Lots of flying through the air, Michelle Reis, exploding trees and razor-cut editing are not acceptable substitutes for a decent plot. Watching this, you can get an idea of why some people don't like HK films.
