[2] Impressive French film, (from a script by Luc Besson)about an unemployed guy who gets so annoyed at TV announcers he invents a gun to kill them by remote control, and the policeman who has to track him down. It loses its way a little in the last third, when it gets too wordy for its own good, though the climax is chilling stuff. The best foreign film for a while - and the sooner someone really invents a gun like that, the better...
